The director of the upcoming film ‘Noah’, Darren Aronofsky is launching an art exhibition in conjunction with his upcoming Biblical epic movie that stars the likes of Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, Anthony Hopkins and Emma Watson (that prick Hermione).
It will feature never-before-seen works by more than 50 contemporary artists as well as comic book and street artists.
The show, opening Mar. 7 at Soho gallery space 462 West Broadway will include works by a number of Mike Nelson, Ugo Rondinone, Sue Williams, Karen Kilimnik, Simon Bisley, Jim Lee and Brooklyn street art duo Faile, among others. The film opens Mar. 28, the day before the art show will wrap on Mar. 29.
Aronofsky has today begun to release images of the artworks via his Twitter feed to lead upto the exhibition.
