NYPD have forced Supreme New York to cancel the in-store release of the much hyped Nike x Supreme Foamposite sneakers and accompanying collection.
Both an Instagram post and makeshift sign in Supreme store window announced the news to the hoards of people awaiting the launch.
A massive overnight campout and ever growing crowd are cited as reasons for the cancellation.
The Supreme x Nike Spring/Summer 2014 collection will still be available at the brand’s Los Angeles and London locations, as well as online.
